I understood the task: a browser plugin that reads messages from the page, filters by user ID, sends them to another page of the same site with a customizable timer and without duplicates, plus a separate site panel for managing data and displaying the balance in the chat.

I will do it on Manifest V3 (Chrome Extension), the anti-duplicate logic through IndexedDB or localStorage, the timer through chrome.alarms, and the control panel as a separate web interface.

We have 4 years of experience with JS + Python. We will create a browser extension that: collects phrases from the page, filters by author ID, sends to another page at a customizable interval, avoids duplicates, and shows balance in the chat. Separately, we will set up a simple admin site (React + Flask/FastAPI) for managing lists/data. The project is already one-third complete — we will bring it to production, tidy up the code, and add plugin settings.
