At certain moments, it is necessary for the Artificial Intelligence to automatically turn off and connect a "live" operator (push it, etc.).
The main task is to implement a "seamless" mechanism for the AI to exit the dialogue and connect the operator. The client should not suspect that they are communicating with AI, and therefore should not have to press additional buttons in the dialogue for the AI to turn off.
This task is partially solved by the capabilities of Smart Sender. In the Auto-Response, we add options for phrases from the Client - these will be the triggers: unsubscribing from the funnel and push notifications to the operator. This part is clear, there are no questions.
We can solve the other part by writing logic in the prompt (where we will specify under what conditions the mechanism for connecting the operator should be activated). But here lies the main problem - how to connect the operator/signal them about the presence of a dialogue?
I thought the issue would be resolved when the AI (according to a certain logic of the prompt) sends a command message to the client (like /ok). However, Smart Sender does not support commands generated not by the user, but by an external service. Smart Sender interprets it not as a command message, but as a regular one.
It may be possible to use a middleware like Zapier, etc.
