SMM / Content Manager (Telegram + TikTok / Reels)

Format: practically remote (shoots in Kyiv 2 times a month)
Employment: part-time
Geo: Kyiv (preferably, but not critical if you can come for the shoot)

We are wholesale product sellers launching a retail direction.
Our idea is to help people save on the same products they buy at ATB, Auchan, Epicenter, etc.

We sell:

• grains, snacks, drinks, canned goods, sweets

• ready boxes (for a week, for families, schools, corporate events)

The project is at the start, without bureaucracy and "corporate water," but with real products and prices below market.

🎯 Who we are looking for

We are looking for a SMM specialist who thinks, not just someone who posts.

We need a person who:

• can or wants to make short videos (TikTok / Reels)

• understands how to bring a person to Telegram

• is not afraid of the word "sales"

• is ready to participate in creating a strategy, not just "manage social media"

🛠 What needs to be done

• launch and develop a Telegram channel

• create ideas and scripts for short videos (TikTok / Reels) - partially this is already ready, you can improve or edit it, I will send the link to the materials in private where everything is outlined!

• packaging and presentation of product boxes - partially this is already ready, you can improve or edit it, I will send the link to the materials in private where everything is outlined!

• testing formats (what works — we scale)

• participation in building the chain:
  video → TG → bot → sale

❗️Design, editing — can be at a basic level. The main thing is meaning, logic, and speed.

✅ What is important to us

• experience in SMM is not required to be extensive, but:

  • you have already managed social media / channels / projects

  • understand how TikTok / Reels work

• ability to think in categories:

  "why should this work?"
  "what will the person get?"

• initiative and adequacy

• desire to grow together with the project

🧪 Test task (mandatory)

When responding, immediately write:

1) 3 ideas for short videos for TikTok / Reels
(topic: "Product box for a week cheaper than the supermarket")

2️) 1 idea for a post for Telegram

3️) Briefly:
how you will lead a person from TikTok video → Telegram → purchase (or subscription)

4) Edit a short video up to 1 minute (we will send it in private after your response to the above questions)

Without the test task — responses will not be considered.
