— we work worldwide: countries in Europe, Asia, Latin America;

— we create and promote intensives, mini-products, courses, the Academy of Self-Realization. We help people get out of crises, recover from breakups, return to themselves, and start a new life.

📌 What you will need to do:

— create content for Instagram and Telegram: posts, Reels, stories, engaging content;

— promote the personal brand of the expert — Andrey Ignatov;

— create a content plan, monitor metrics, and adapt to goals (sales, reach, subscriptions);

— work in conjunction with the team (copywriter, designer, producer, manager).

📌 What we expect:

— age 32 and above; at least 2 years of experience in SMM;

— ability to work with personal branding and sales funnels;

— skill in creating "live" content that people want to read and save;

— desire to grow, be part of a mission-driven project, and do important work.

In this letter I will tell you what the project is about, what its mission is, and the essence of the current tasks, so you can quickly understand how interesting this role is for you.

I am Andrey Ignatov, a hypnotherapist and psychologist. I work with those who find themselves at a point of internal crisis: after breakups, losses, severe burnout, or feelings of stagnation. I help them go through pain, recover, and reach a new level of life — consciously, without drama and helplessness.

The method is based on regressive hypnosis, therapeutic work with the subconscious, deep practices, and my proprietary transformation system.

The project includes several areas:

personal therapy (flagship),
intensives on relevant topics (breakup, fear, confidence, self-worth),
mini-products and audio meditations,
Academy of Self-Realization — educational platform.

The main goal at the current stage

Right now we are focused on one key area — personal therapy. This is the flagship product that brings the most value to clients and is the foundation of the business.

Our goal is to maintain a stable funnel of 40 paid diagnostic sessions per month. The diagnosis is the first meeting with me, which costs $150. After that, some clients transition to the personal therapy course (cost of the course $5000).

To achieve this goal, a chain is built: content → advertising → application on the website → diagnosis. Content on social media is the first and very important step in this chain.

Your role as an SMM specialist

You are not just someone who posts. You are the one who helps the client feel trust, interest, and gradually leads them to the first step — applying for a diagnosis.

Stage 1: Lead Generation

Managing Instagram and Telegram (posts, stories, Reels) — for the goals of trust, engagement, sales

Writing texts, visual logic, video editing.

Responses in direct messages, processing incoming requests, assisting in leading the client to diagnosis

Analyzing engagement, content effectiveness, recording results
