Напомнило задания в формате "есть готовый (*криво сделанный за пол-часа) лого. нужно всего лишь его доработать".
Так и у Вас -- "всего лишь" доработать картинку.
При цене 60 грн за единицу и средней стоимости часа опытного и понимающего дизайнера (а другого на такую задачу нет смысла брать) получим, что на нее нужно потратить не более получаса времени (и это почти демпинг по цене), что практически нереально.
И вот вопрос: отчего такой низкий бюджет?
Вариантов ответа немного, и все они не в Вашу пользу.
