The existing building of a single-family house has 2 floors and a basement.
A detailed Revit model of the house is required - 4408 sqft. LOD 400
The walls of the first and second floors are wooden frame sheathed with particle board with weather protection and aluminum siding on the outside, and plaster on a metal mesh on the inside.
The walls of the basement are brick masonry with a ventilation gap in the middle (brick-ventilation gap-brick).
The composition of the sheets in the model: plans, facades, sections, sheets with main details, 6 pieces per sheet
Sheet and drawing design according to US standards, IRC 2025, dimensions - in inch! Language English.
