Project description:
We are looking for an experienced Power BI specialist to work with data from two distributed MySQL databases (Czech Republic and Romania). The goal of the project is to consolidate all data sources into a single structure and build an effective analytical model on the Power BI platform.
Tasks:
Integrate data from two MySQL databases into a unified storage system;
Optimize and unify the data structure;
Create a common timeline for all data sources;
Develop and configure reports and dashboards in Power BI;
Work closely with the development team and analysts.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience with Power BI: creating data models, visualization, DAX;
Excellent knowledge of SQL, experience working with MySQL;
Understanding of ETL processes and data preparation;
Ability to work with heterogeneous data sources and bring them to a common format;
Skills in optimizing report and data model performance.
Additional condition:
As part of the candidate review, it will be necessary to create a test dashboard, similar in structure and logic to the one shown below (see image), with visualization of key metrics, time aggregation, filters by year/month/quarter, and final values. This will allow us to assess your practical proficiency with the tool.
