Какой нужен результат на выходе: клиент заходит на сайт (который будет посвящен этой базе данных законодательства) и ищет требуемые документы, используя критерии поиска (регион, топик, статус... ).
Нужна возможность экстракта базы данных в Эксел.
Переводить ничего не надо, но понимать англ желательно.
Нужно, чтобы мы имели возможность давать клиентам доступ на оплаченный ими срок.
