Evgeny worked quickly and a lot on the project, but in the end it was so that I gave the task, and then it turned out that this task was not performed according to the requirements.There were a few attempts to create the right macro, but in the end I got a macro that I can’t use in the project because.It runs inadequately long.The main reason for the failure seems to me is that the artist when he took the project felt that he could do it, but there was not enough experience with such macros and understanding where problems could arise.Per we needed to review the requirements at the beginning and simplify the macro.Well, I didn’t like the fact that the artist didn’t test his work before I sent it.That is, I connect the macro, set up, run the video, and it simply doesn’t work and shows a black screen.Well, it runs unparalleled long as it is seen during the test.I would not like to do such things in the future.As a result, it was clear that once we didn’t agree on the time of the render, then what claims can be from my side, I can and a few days and wait until the two-minute break with the usual text plaques, which is already there.Well, Eugene is not interested in doing his work for free, and I am not interested in spending even more time on all these tests.So I close the project.Technically, it would be possible to close the project as incomplete because the result is not used.But the man has invested a lot of strength in the project, tried, corrected, and the reviews don’t want to be damaged.

I did not work with Sergey for the first time. Everything was great before. The impressions of this project are negative. He did more than he planned. The first option, which was planned, worked, but the customer wanted to unify the macro. I made the second, much more technically complex option, after which I received the claim of the Customer that the program is processing it too long, which is logical. Or simply and quickly, or difficult and long. I made the third option, the easiest for me and the fastest in processing, after which I got the first time in my practice the answer that I don’t test the work before delivery (which is impossible when developing this product), and the customer himself tests and spends for that time. As a result, three times more work was done from my side than planned to take into account all the wishes of the Customer, in response to the claims to the time of processing by the program, which does not depend on me. It is very sorry for the time spent, efforts and at the same time misunderstandings from the customer.
