Уровень средний. Полный саунд-дизайн не нужен. Достаточно, как бы сказать, сопровождающих звуков.. Всякие клики, свуши и в таком роде. То есть музыку писать не нужно)

Тогда это 2 разные работы. Анимация, а потом саунд дизайн. По хорошему 2 разных специалиста. (конечно если требуется качественно)

Я же написал выше - саунд-дизайн не нужен. Чтобы скачать с бесплатного стока звук клика, свуша и приклеить к конкретной секунде отдельный специалист не нужен.
