Объем работ: за 2 часа я сделал с 203 по 1257 строк = это 1052 строчки.
В задачу входит - 2 тысяча строк. = 4ч.

Как делать:
1. выделяем строки "красным" не подходящие по критериям
- не тематические (все что не относится к "торты на заказ"). Как определяем: вбивает в Яндекс по Москве и проверяем все что считаем не понятным. Там будет ответ.
- Исключением является - "Фигурки\украшения" - есть ветка в карте - складываем туда
- Если у торта название какое-то - т.е. такие-то готовые торты. (мы занимаемся "торты на заказ")

2. Добавляем в Карту (соблюдая легенду, цвета), создавая структуру логическую
Тонкости:
1. Для скорости - сначало проверяю 1000 строк то что не подходит, выделяю красным, а дальше останется только добавить в Карту. Это ускоряет, так как не надо думать потом при добавлении над каждой строчкой.
2. синим цветом выделяю - все что относится к общей информации. Пример: Как оформить торт.
3. Если попадаются похожие по смыслу - выстраиваем друг за другом и отмечаем цветом(по легенде). Впереди будет та что имеет большое значение в скобках. Пример: https://skr.sh/s9kRS1TRoHv
