We are launching a cold email outreach channel to find new clients among e-commerce brands and are looking for someone to build and manage this machine on an ongoing basis. What Needs to Be Done Stage 1 – Infrastructure Setup: Purchase and configure domains for outreach, Google Workspace mailboxes DNS records: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, verification through mail-tester Setting up Instantly: connecting mailboxes, warmup, custom tracking domain, limits We have a ready step-by-step guide – we need hands and understanding of what you are doing Stage 2 – Ongoing Work: Gathering databases of target stores (StoreLeads, Apollo): exporting based on criteria, enriching with founder contacts, verifying addresses Personalizing the first lines of emails (using AI + manual proofreading) Managing campaigns in Instantly: launching, sequences, limits, monitoring Controlling deliverability: bounce rate, health of domains and mailboxes, responding to issues A/B testing subject lines and texts (we provide email templates) Short weekly report with numbers: sent, delivered, opened, responses What is NOT included in the task: sales and correspondence with leads – responses are handled by our manager. Your area is to ensure the machine runs and emails land in the inbox. Requirements Real experience with Instantly or Smartlead – mandatory (please indicate in your response how many mailboxes/domains you managed simultaneously) Experience in gathering and enriching databases (Apollo, StoreLeads, Clay or similar) Understanding of SPF/DKIM/DMARC at the level of "configured and verified" Written English – sufficient for proofreading short personalized lines Active use of AI tools in work Attention to detail with spreadsheets and data, independence A plus: own access to StoreLeads, experience with the e-commerce/DTC brand niche

Reporting, KPIs, and weekly online meetings: Weekly online conference (call): demonstrating the weekly report, detailed analysis of lead costs, analyzing working/non-working creatives, and approving the hypothesis plan for the next week. Working with clear KPIs (cost per target lead, number of completed questionnaires, conversion).Our requirements for the candidate: We are looking for only a private specialist (NOT an agency): Personal involvement and direct contact with the performer are important to us. Deep understanding of analytics: Ability to work with UTM tags, Google Analytics / GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversions API.
