C мт4 можно но там API платное. Тогда мне не совсем понятно. График делаем сами или берем готовый. Если готовый то должно быть какое-то API где я буду указывать таймфрейм и пару. Если все сами, тогда все кроме свечек вам нужно будет объяснить что это. Я пока только стакан биржевой на первом снимке опознал. С TradingView данные брать не проблема уже такое делал. Там скорее проблема отфильтровать те данные какие нужны.
