1. Project Goal

Create a modern, responsive, bilingual website for «Bravo» with a clear visual identity, including logo, design elements, UI/UX mockups, and iconography.
The goal is to increase brand recognition, facilitate communication with B2B clients, and support digital presentation of the company's products.
2. Target Audience
- Institutions and enterprises seeking software products (or creating new products) for automating their activities;
- Government and private laboratories of any activity sector;
- Higher education institutions;
- Companies using «Bravo» products;
- IT specialists.
3. Website Structure (Sections)
- News (or «What is written about us»). Displaying own news and news from other sites (which contain information about using «Bravo» products. 5. Designer Tasks
- Develop a logo (main and simplified version) considering the specifics of an IT company.
- Create a complete UI/UX design of the website based on the approved structure.
- Develop icons/visual blocks for each company product.
- Prepare responsive layouts (for PC, tablets, mobile devices).
6. Logo Development
- Full vector graphics (SVG, EPS, PDF, PNG)
- Logo options: horizontal, vertical, monochrome, on light/dark backgrounds
- Consideration of digital adaptation requirements (favicon, mobile icon)
- Create a mini-guide for application (brandbook light)
7. Website Design
- Main pages for design (according to section 3. Website Structure)
- Font system:
- Use web-friendly fonts that render well in all browsers.
- At least 2 styles: main (body text) and headline.
- Apply a unified hierarchy of font sizes (e.g., H1 – 36 px, H2 – 28 px, body – 16 px).
- Ensure readability on all device types.
- Color scheme:
- Main colors should be associated with technology, trust, and stability (e.g., shades of blue, gray, white).
- Provide an accent color for buttons and calls to action (CTA).
- Create a color palette with:
- Primary colors
- Secondary colors
- Background / text / borders / messages (info, warning, error)
- Interactivity: hover effects, responsive buttons, form displays
- All buttons, menus, links should have hover effects (color change, shadows, scaling).
- Provide responsive behavior of buttons on mobile devices (larger click zones, animations).

9. Iconography

- Create unique, stylistically consistent icons for each company product («PHIS», «LIMS», «Vet Control», «Personnel-ZVO», etc.).
- Icons should reflect the functional or industry purpose of the system.
- Each icon in 2 sizes (for web and mobile interface).
- Create a set of system/general icons
- Style and format requirements:
- Unified style: all icons should be in a single style (outline, filled, two-tone, etc. — determined at the concept stage).
- Formats:
- SVG — main format for the website
- PNG 2x/3x — for mobile version and fallback
- Icons should be suitable for use in dark and light themes (on transparent background).
10. UX/UI Requirements
- Responsiveness (Mobile First — design should be created primarily for mobile devices, then scaled for tablets and desktops.)
- Content should be optimally arranged on different screens without losing functionality.
- Intuitive navigation (minimum menu levels)
- Focus on quick perception: simple blocks, airiness, contrast
- Support for Ukrainian and English versions
- Consideration of WCAG 2.1 accessibility principles (contrast, scaling)
