Create an integrated chatbot for the website that will provide initial communication with the client, gather necessary information about the client and their request, and then automatically redirect the client to the manager in Telegram.
2. Functional Requirements
2.1. Information Gathering
The chatbot must:
Greet the client and explain that their request will be forwarded to the manager.
Ask:
Client's name.
Contact details (Name, phone number, email).
Nature of the request (selection from several options, for example: “Product order”, “Usage questions”, “Collaboration”, "Order inquiry" - must specify the order number, etc.).
Additional information (free text for request details).
2.2. Data Transmission
After receiving all the information, the bot:
Forms a message with the gathered information in the form of structured text.
Transmits this message to the manager in Telegram via integration (for example, Telegram Bot API).
2.3. Cross-Platform Compatibility
The bot must work correctly on both desktop and mobile versions of the website.
2.4. Additional Features
Automatic recognition of the client's language (Ukrainian/English) and adaptation of the interface accordingly.
The ability to return to the previous step in case of a client error.
3. Technical Requirements
3.1. Integration
The chatbot must be embedded in the website through a widget that can be easily added to the website code.
To transmit data to Telegram, it is necessary to use the Telegram Bot API.
3.2. Security
Client data must be transmitted in encrypted form (SSL/TLS).
Use of tokens for authenticating the Telegram bot.
3.3. Performance
The chatbot must respond to the client within 2-3 seconds after sending a message.
The ability to handle up to 50 active sessions simultaneously.
4. User Interface
4.1. Design Requirements
The chatbot must match the style of the company's website (font, color scheme, logo).
Intuitive interface with minimal clicks.
4.2. Interaction Scenario
The user opens the website and sees the chatbot icon in the bottom right corner.
When clicking on the icon, a welcome message opens.
The bot sequentially gathers information from the user through text fields and buttons.
After completing the data collection, the bot informs that the request has been forwarded to the manager and ends the session.
5. Testing

Functional testing:
Verification of data collection scenarios.
Verification of message transmission to Telegram.
