Create interactive dashboards in Power BI
We are looking for an experienced specialist to create reports in Power BI:
- Development of a technical specification (TS) for a financial report for managers.
- Creation of an interactive dashboard in Power BI for lead analysis.
- Setting up cross-analytics in Google Analytics, as currently the data is not displayed quite accurately (not a very important point)
1) TS for the financial report for managers
1. What needs to be done?
Create an automated report that shows:
✔️ How much payment each manager received for the selected period
✔️ What is the total turnover of the company for this period
✔️ Through which payment systems the payments were made
2. Where do we get the data from?
✔️ Keeping CRM – this is where client deals and payments are stored
✔️ 1C – information about actual payments made
(Data is extracted via API, access to endpoints will be provided)
3. What should be in the report?
Main data
✔️ Manager's name
✔️ Amount of paid deals
✔️ Filters
Period:
✔️ Current month (by default)
✔️ Previous months
✔️ One day
✔️ One week
✔️ Any other period
Payment type:
✔️ Cash in the office
✔️ Individual entrepreneur

4. How will it work?
✔️ Data from CRM and 1C is automatically pulled into the report
✔️ The manager can select the required period or payment type
✔️ In real-time we see amounts, filter information
2) Create an interactive dashboard in Power BI for lead analysis
Main indicators:
• Overall statistics: number of leads, new ones for the period, dynamics of changes.
• Lead sources: marketing campaigns, share of each source.
• Lead statuses: number and % in each status (“New”, “In progress”, “Paid”, etc.).
• Target/non-target leads: number and % of the total volume.
• Conversion: number of payments, % conversion overall and by sources.
Functionality:
• Filters: period, sources, managers.
• Export: to Excel/CSV.
Integration:
• Connection to the API of CRM KipinG.
• Auto-update (once a day).

Regarding the reports - everything is possible.
We need to understand in more detail how your applications in the CRM are combined with payments in 1C, and there are also a few questions about your CRM API.
We also need to understand that there is no direct export to "Excel" from Power BI reports; a separate analysis in Excel needs to be set up if it is very necessary)
