I am looking for an experienced freelancer to create a toplist service for private servers of a certain game from scratch.
The site administrator should be able to manage the projects added by project owners and registered users.
The page should allow server owners to register their projects for a fee and, in the case of added project entries, allow players to rate (server rating up or down), comment, and vote for the best servers.
Each project profile (private game server) should display the rating, a few recent comments, and currently supporting/playing users. - for example, like on Facebook under the "like" button, it shows a list of users who liked it.
Each user could be registered via Discord, which is the most popular app used in the community.
Required functionalities:

✅ Reputation level system for users – rewards for activity, e.g., voting, commenting, subscribing to specific projects.
✅ Referral system – users can recommend the site to others, earning bonuses (e.g., greater weight of votes, profile user enhancements).
✅ Support for multiple languages – English, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.
✅ Statistics for server owners – charts regarding the number of votes, visits, clicks on links.
✅ Tag and filter system – users can easily search for servers by game version, region, mode (PvP, PvE), etc.
✅ Project newsletter – the ability to subscribe to new servers, updates, or promotions.
✅ Dark mode – the ability to switch between light and dark themes.
✅ Notification system – informing users about newly added servers, changes in player population, etc.
