@Олександр Савенков, @Надежда Яновская а в чем проблема? Если Вы прочитайте текст в моей ставке, я написала, что стоимость зависит от объёма работы.
Возможно заказчик и Вам присылал этот скрин, как нужно сверстать. Я не вижу там ничего сложного,чтобы задирать цену.
Да и у Ваших профилях встречаются проекты с такой же ценой.

300 грн - это максимум 3 часа работы по демпинговой цене. Туда же входит выяснение подробностей, по хорошему счету.
Что-то мне подсказывает, что вы в 3 часа не уложитесь. Да и очень часто такие заказчики (у которых все секретно и им подавай подешевле) мозг выносят как 3 тысячи. -
Почасовая ставка для каждого фрилансера разная. Выяснения подробностей в этом проекте минут 10-15, так как все понятно было из скрина. 2.5 часа работа. (За время работы уже есть какие-то свои наработки, которые у прощают саму разработку).
(у отзыве заказчик написал 6 часов, но я ленивый фрилансер, очень тяну время и отвлекаюсь. 🙂 Хотите верьте, хотите - нет.
А какой заказчик никогда не угадаете, не поработав сним. Бывают разные, было на практике. Но, если работа через сейф, фрилансер может обезопасить себя своими условиями указанными еще до подтверждения договора.
