Связка Мегаплан - BiCom
Кратко: мы являемся провайдером телеком. услуг. Есть своя АТС Bicom и Мегаплан.
Сотрудник нашего предприятия без использования телефонного аппарата должен иметь возможность прямо из карточки клиента осуществить исходящий звонок и в дальнейшем записи таких звонков прослушать.

Megaplan API
Необходимо находить в АТС Bicom все звонки которые связаны с конкретным абонентом в мегаплане и добавлять в мегаплан следующую информацию о звонке:
дата совершения звонка (дд/мм/гггг)
время совершения звонка (чч/мм/сс)
статус (успех/не дозвон/занято/????)
продолжительность звонка (чч/мм/сс)
тип звонка (входящий/исходящий)
ФИО и должность сотрудника который ответил на звонок (кто ответил на звонок) определяем по внутреннему номеру в АТС он же есть в мегаплане
аудио файл с записью разговора
Если тип звонка “Не дозвон” или “Занято” то в любом случае делаем запись о попытке звонка.
