You need to develop a telegram bot that sends orders to the courier.
1) the courier is authorized and shared by the phone number (access to the API Crm we give)
2) receives the order and either accepts it or does not
3) if accepted, then the other courier this order disappears
4) after delivering the order, then upload a photo with the recipient of the mail (may be via webapps)
All changes to the status are transmitted in the telegram channel
