Resources for Parsons:
Set a list of legal resources from which you need to collect news and articles.The bot should support parsing HTML pages and extract information such as title, photo, short description and link to the article.Collection and aggregation of news:
The bot must periodically (e.g. every hour or two) cross the selected resources and parish new materials.Limit the number of news collected, for example, to the top 10 materials from each resource.Collected news should be aggregated in the form of a list of headlines and links.The administrator group:
Create an administrator group that will gather and display the collected news.The bot must automatically publish news in the administrator group with the title, short description and link.Add the commenting function so that the administrator can leave comments and note the importance of news.Editing and redirecting news:
The bot should allow the administrator to view, edit and comment on the news collected in the administrator group.After editing and commenting on the news, the administrator should be able to redirect the selected news to the main groups to inform subscribers and customers.When redirecting news, the bot should publish them in main groups with keeping comments and notes of importance.Notifications and sentences:
The bot must send notifications to the administrator about the successful collection of news and updates
