You are an ideal candidate if your superpowers extend to:
• Knowing the TikTok Ads Manager like the back of your hand;
• Running organized A/B tests for creatives, copy, & ad buying techniques pertaining to TikTok's algorithm;
• Setting up campaigns, ad sets, & creatives;
• Setting up the Tiktok Pixel;
• Analyzing & interpreting data;
• Monitoring the performance of the ads to ensure monthly KPIs are hit;
• Copywriting;
• Collecting Competitive Intel.
• Monthly reporting and availability to hop on a call with a client.
We are expecting you to be able to:
• Be organized & love going into nitty-gritty details;
• Meet deadlines;
• Be an excellent communicator;
• Have a positive attitude;
• Take a lot of initiative & be proactive;
• Be able to manage an ad spend of at least $1,000/mo;
• Have at least 6 months' worth of experience working inside Ads Manager within the past year.
