Now we are looking for a TikTok Growth Operator who will take ownership of publishing and performance.
⚠️ This is NOT a basic SMM role.
🎯 Goal
Maximize reach and engagement of the video series within 2–4 weeks.
📌 Responsibilities
— Upload 16–27 videos according to a defined sequence
— Test posting timing (different time windows)
— Write short, sharp captions (no generic text)
— Monitor performance (views, retention, engagement)
— Identify patterns (what works / what doesn’t)
— Suggest small improvements to increase reach
