а) когда пользователь входит в систему, нужно загрузить BLOB-файлы по ссылке в нашу базу данных SQL, чтобы пользователь мог при необходимости загрузить их на свое устройство
б) создание функции для удаления файлов на Google Drive через некоторое время, а также пути в БД SQL
- добавить удаление файлов из SQL и Google Drive раз в две недели для одного типа файлов и старше 2 месяцев для другого типа файлов
а) скопировать ссылки на файлы (которые необходимо удалить) для последующего использования из SQL и удалить их
б) удалить сами файлы на Google Диске по ранее сохраненной ссылке
