for the production of the sign ST. ASAPH TYRE & BATTERY CENTRE
1. General information
Overall size of the sign: 2200 × 2200 mm.
Material: PLA plastic (3D printing).
Thickness of letters and logo: 30 mm (volumetric letters).
Location: the sign is mounted in the center of the wall.
2. Structure
Base: assembled from PLA modules, each part no more than 250 × 250 × 250 mm.
Letters and logo elements: separate 3D modules, attached to the base.
Backlighting: RGB strip with the possibility of separate backlighting for letters.
Mountings: technological holes are provided for hidden installation and cable routing.
3. Requirements for the 3D model
File format: STL (or OBJ).
The project must be divided into parts for printing, with locks/grooves for easy assembly.
Numbering of segments + assembly diagram.
The model must have channels for laying the RGB strip and outlets for connection.
4. Color solution
Colors correspond to the layout on the business card:
Main logo: blue (PLA-blue).
Text: black PLA.
Painting/coating after printing is possible for precise color matching.
5. Electrical
RGB strip (5V or 12V, depending on the controller).
Separate backlighting channels for each letter.
RGB controller + power supply (selected according to the total length of the strip).
6. Final documentation package
3D model STL/OBJ (broken down into modules).
Drawing of the placement of elements.
Assembly diagram of the puzzles.
Diagram for laying and connecting the RGB strip.
