Из того, что Вы показали - проще и правильнее пересетапить сервер, чем искать все возможные дыры, оставшиеся от кривых (или заведомо злонамеренных) настройщиков, ИМХО. Ну и, судя по описанию на hostiq, еще и панелька какая-то стоит и мешает серверу работать, а. возможно, еще и собственными дырами отсвечивает.
Опять же- грамотная оптимизация для работы чего-либо начинается га этапе подбора и установки ОС, а не в процессе чистки дыр. -
