For one of our projects, we need a UI/UX Designer.
The goal of the project is to create a user-friendly monitoring website for exchange offices that can be trusted.
This is an ambitious and large project that we started about six months ago, but we had to pause due to our developers being overloaded with other tasks. We are now resuming work and continuing to work on it.
We do not plan to work with agencies, companies, or other associations. We are not looking for seniors for this project. We are looking for young performers who want (specifically want) to work on a large project and be a part of it. In my opinion, this should be a young designer with a good knowledge base (courses) and a strong desire to create a quality project for their portfolio, but without extensive experience in projects.

We cannot estimate the entire volume of work; we are sure there will be many revisions and tests, so most likely we will pay either hourly or iteratively (we will divide the entire task into small tasks and agree on payment for each task).
Look at the terms of reference. Look/read everything I provided. If you are satisfied with the conditions and want to work on this project, please provide one or two of your best works with links to Figma (or to real websites). For now, that’s all I’m interested in. We will discuss all other details in private.
I set the project price as a placeholder (the maximum project budget that I can set in the system is 27,000 UAH)
