Уверен, так как сталкивался уже с этим. Ссылку на источник не дам, т.к. точно не помню где, но читал где-то в информации самого гугла.

Я конечно не о чем подобном не читал, но ускорял сайты не один десяток раз, показатели по максимуму менялись в течении 10 минут. Будь даже ето так, в чем я не уверен, есть масса других сервисов, где можно проверить ефектвносить проделанных работ...
