Установить кодеки видео для работы программы
Проблема такова: некоторые видео (заснятые на iphone) в расширении mov не хотят читаться программой для обработки видео TechSmith Camtasia v2019.0.9 Build 17643 Final (x64).
То есть само видео загружается, звук идет, а картинки нет - черный экран.
У нас Windows 10 Pro.
Изначально даже не открывало видео на Windows, сделали следующее:
1. Установили K-Lite Mega Codec Pack - после этого начало запускаться видео в их же плеере Media Player Classic, НО не все равно не работает на программе. Видимо кодеки не установились на всю систему, а только на приложение.
2. Установили QuickTime Player - видео не открывает ни в плеере, ни в Camtasia. Также черный экран в плеере и звук только.
3. Установили VLC - плеер открывает, а Camtasia - не открывает.

Нужен человек, что может корректно на всю систему установить кодеки и решить проблему?
