Устранение ошибки в Windows Server 2012 r2
Добрый день, есть сервер на предприятии на Windows Server 2012 r2. Клиенты подключаются к нему через удаленный робочий стол, и работают в 1с и медок. Проблема в том, что сервер иногда перестает отвечать на подключение новых клинтов к нему, а те что были подключены и работали в программах и дальше работают, но если(если закрыть соединение уже зайти не могут, а через кнопку Выход выйти из сеанса не получается).
Данная проблема решается только кнопкой Ресет. Иногда пару раз на день такое происходит иногда даже целый день работает.
И ещё у клиентов выскакивает ошибка которая на скриншоте, при отправке документа на принтер.
