[UX] UX design for the project, test task

We are looking for a senior Brand Identity Designer or branding studio to lead a complete visual identity redesign for an established B2B technology consulting and business process automation company. The company works with mid-sized and enterprise organizations across Western Europe, the United States, and Ukraine, helping clients structure complex business processes and implement enterprise CRM and workflow automation solutions. The goal of the project is to reposition the company visually from a traditional CRM integrator and technical implementation vendor toward a mature, internationally relevant technology and business transformation partner. Looking to develop a cohesive and scalable visual identity system, potentially including: • Primary logo and supporting logo variations • Color system • Typography system • Visual language The future website will be designed separately. However, the identity system developed through this project must provide a strong visual foundation that a future web design team can build upon without redefining the brand direction. We expect the process to begin with research and discovery, followed by the exploration of distinct creative territories or moodboard directions. We want to align on the visual and conceptual direction before moving into logo and broader identity development.

Need to develop advertising creatives for Facebook and Instagram for an online store. What is needed: Create modern and attractive advertising creatives for launching ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram). The category of products, examples, and all necessary materials will be provided in personal messages. If you have experience creating creatives that show good results (CTR, conversions), it will be an advantage.

I'm looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to create an Atomic Design System for an online store. Part of the design is already complete. Atoms and some molecules have already been created, and they do not need to be developed from scratch. The main task is to structure the existing design, bring it into a unified system, and prepare a complete component library in Figma.What needs to be done: Analyze the existing design.
