📌 Project Description
We are looking for creative and detail-oriented editors who know how to work with live stream content: finding interesting moments, conveying the atmosphere, and creating dynamic videos aimed at TikTok format.
Managing channels or communicating with the audience is not required — your responsibilities include: searching for the necessary fragments and high-quality editing with current presentation.
🎯 Who are we looking for?
If you feel the style and pace of TikTok, understand which scenes are engaging and which ones pass by the viewer, and are ready to create content that viewers want to watch until the end — welcome. Especially relevant if you are familiar with the atmosphere of streams, anime culture, gaming, or VTuber communities.
💡 What needs to be done?
Watch streams and highlight strong and expressive moments
Create clips and edits considering TikTok trends (but without blind copying)
Understand the essence of the content, where the emphasis is not just on a phrase, but on mood, event, reaction, or context
(we will discuss this in detail personally)
⏳ Flexible schedule
You set the pace yourself — the only important thing is that the content is released consistently. On average, the work takes 1–3 hours per day and depends on your speed and editing style.
💰 Payment and conditions
Work is paid per accepted video, with the possibility of bonuses for strong statistics
Those who perform the task well receive a large volume of work and a decent reward
We build long-term cooperation with the best, with constant workload and individual conditions
📈 Perspectives
The more your content resonates with the audience — the higher the level of trust and support from us. We promote growth, development, and honest work.
📩 If you want to try — write!
You can even start without much experience — the main thing is having taste, interest in the format, and a desire to develop in this field. We will teach the rest.
But it’s important to understand: training is not just a formality. Sometimes it can be intensive, especially at the beginning. You will need to dive in, try, correct, and not everything will work out immediately. But if you get involved in the process and show interest, we will support you and help you grow into a strong creator.
