Мені для вивіски потрібно, може вони щось зроблять з цим файлом)) -
Там немає нічого пов'язаного з вектором. Там взяли ось такі PNG літери (як наприклад "O": https://www.rawpixel.com/image/583196/floral-letter-font) і просто зробили колаж.
Не витрачайте гроші на завантаження даних EPS/PNG.Краще оновіть опис проекту і уточніть в описі і назві проекту що вам потрібна векторизація цього набору літер.

Доброго дня. Це растр збережений в вектронному форматі. Ви так само можете відкрити його наприклад в ФШ і зберегти в eps. Він від цього вектором не стане. Вам треба велика літера Р для друку? Замовте просто великий малюнок з вказаними розмірами в гарній якості. І Вам перемалюють в растрі, а друкарня з цього растру Вам передрукую в потрібному розмірі і високій якості.
