по самой разработке - планируется в несколько этапов или "ожидается" что все сразу готовое смогут предоставить?
по тензорам и тд - тензоры предоставляются или на глаз? тестовый стенд где это все отлаживатся будет или на глаз?

Предложите аналог. Китайских с модбас нету. С динамическим взвешиванием вообще редкость. А те что есть - поддерживают только определенные типы датчиков, как правило той же конторы что и прибор.
По разработке - обсуждаемо.
По датчикам - протоколы обмена даю. Если их вам недостаточно и нужно проверить в железе - тоже обсуждаемо, предоставлю, но не все одновременно.
Соответственно если для вас нужны датчики в живую, то сделаем и стенд -

то что вы описали в ТЗ обычно собирается на DIN-рейке из типовых модулей
а там уже и модбас и сотни тензоров и тд.
как вы это вообще видите?
вам нужно железо, ПО, решение или хоть что то рабочее а там посмотрим?

Я открыт к предложениям. Если у вас есть решение, которое 100% повторяет функционал, описанный в задаче, и собран он будет на модулях, я так понимаю, типа сименса или овена - готов выслушать, и оплатить решение задачи.
Касательно задания - пока речь о ПО. При чем не что то рабочее, а конкретно рабочее, по конкретным протоколам, с конкретными регистрами. Если вам интересна данная задача - можете сделать ставку и мы продолжим общение в л.с. -

Для авто весов платформа одна. Длина платформы, кол-во датчиков и расстояние между ними может варьироваться. Очевидно в приборе должен быть регистр для ввода этих значений при вводе в эксплуатацию.
