Animation starts with a large, dimly lit dining room with seven seats around a long table. Each seat is occupied by a unique Snort character, all with blue fur but different skin colors. 
The table is covered with meme images, scattered among wine glasses, grapes, and caviar. Some of the judges smoke, adding a sophisticated yet casual atmosphere to the scene. 
Judges, representing a mix of different races, have different appearances: one with white skin like the original Snort, another with yellow skin like an Asian Snort, a third with black skin, a fourth with a Latino look, and three other diverse Snort characters. Each judge takes turns taking a meme image, bringing it close to their large nose and sniffing thoughtfully. 
The camera focuses on their exaggerated sniffing movements, capturing detailed expressions on their faces. 
After each judge sniffs the image, they pass it to the next judge who repeats the process. The camera follows the meme image as it moves down the line of judges, highlighting their unique reactions and expressions. During the process, some judges occasionally sip wine, smoke thoughtfully, or nibble on grapes and caviar. As each image is passed, a subtle glow appears around it, indicating that it is being reviewed and evaluated. 
After all judges have sniffed and viewed the images, it returns to the table with a soft glow, indicating that the entire commission has evaluated it. This process continues until all meme images on the table have been sniffed and viewed by all seven judges. The scene ends with the judges nodding in agreement, signaling that the review process is complete, and the selected meme images softly glow on the table, indicating the winners.
