Іван, дайте більш точну характеристику напрямку деталей. Одна справа лити сайлентблоки з гуми чи поліуретану. І зовсім інша - лиття, наприклад, важіля підвіски. Третій можливий напрямок - життя пластику салону. Це все зовсім різні технології, відповідно різні спеціалісти потрібні, відповідно різні підходи до роботи і т.д.
Хоча вже на цьому етапі багато з можливих виконавців зробили свій висновок щодо співпраці із замовником.
Питання. Наскільки я розумію, матрицю будуть робити на фрезері. Ті, хто пропонує робити модель у Blender, як ви збираєтеся отримати G-код? При експорті в будь-який формат CAD відбувається ремеш моделі... У мене була схожа задача під 2.5D порізку пінопласту, і довелося повністю переробляти модель у FreeCAD, але там був специфічний CAM, який приймав лише певні сплайни.
Якщо можливо, підкажіть, яка програма краще підходить для фрезерування для завдань описаних автором (матриці для автодеталей). Від FreeCAD у мене нервовий тік, дуже давно користувався Rhino, зараз схиляюся до SolidWorks.
Я працюю в SolidWorks, Компас, для 3D фрезера звичайна конвертація у *.step формат ніколи не викликала нарікань. Інша справа для порізки в *.dxf форматі , то тут виникали деякі проблеми в нечитаємості сплайн ліній, лінії і дуги - без питань. Але це виключення деяких програм вирізки.
