LLC "Aspit" is a construction and engineering company that has been providing a wide range of services in the field of thermal energy since 2008.
The main areas of activity are:
- construction and maintenance of boiler houses;
- installation of heating, water supply, electricity, and cooling systems;
- gasification of industrial facilities;
- utilization of low-potential heat from waste steam, condensate, flue gases, hot air;
- own production of equipment for the utilization of steam, condensate, flue gases.
In 16 years of operation across Ukraine, 76 projects have been re-equipped, and 136 projects have been completed. Due to the constant increase in projects, we need "Site Manager (heating, sewage, water supply)"
Projects are located in the city of Okhtyrka, Sumy region, as well as in Kyiv and Kyiv region, in the village of Batove, Transcarpathian region, in the village of Rozvadiv, Lviv region, with planned projects in Rivne and Chernivtsi. We are hiring both individual workers and entire teams.
Responsibilities:
- organization of the construction of engineering systems: heating, water supply, sewage, heat points, boiler houses at the client's site
- quality control and compliance with deadlines
- submission of completed work volumes to the client
- organization of labor protection at the site
- keeping construction documentation, journals
- preparation of executive documentation
Working conditions:

- salary is paid without delays (depends on experience)
- travel to and from the workplace is covered by the company
Schedule: 6 days a week — from 8:00 to 18:00, 1 hour for lunch, shift method
Candidate requirements:
- experience as a site manager in the installation of boiler houses, heat points, engineering systems (heating, heat supply, sewage) on large industrial construction sites for at least 2 years
- knowledge of regulatory documentation for the construction and maintenance of engineering networks (heating, water supply, electricity, cooling)
- experience in managing a team (welders, installers) of 10 or more people
- excellent communication skills for negotiations with the client
- willingness to take responsibility for the result
- desire to develop and learn new things
