Setting up and stabilizing Python automation (API integrations) is our specialized area, and the task is clear. The fact that you provided the code is a big plus: we will analyze the reason specifically, without guesswork.
All 4 issues have a common root — the lack of stable state management. Here’s what we will do:
1. Chaotic/incomplete loading: we will restructure it to a clear logic of "file appeared → queue → loading → result marking" with retries on failures.
2. IDs not logged in the table: we will fix the recording in Google Sheets (most often — token/scope or format) — so that everything processed is recorded.
3. Duplicates + incorrect channel: we will introduce a strict binding of "ID → channel" with verification before publication, so that one video does not go to different channels.
4. Stopping ID processing: we will separate the logic of "ID processed" vs "specific video uploaded" — new videos with the same ID will be picked up again.
Additionally, we will immediately check the YouTube API quotas — uploading costs 1600 units, the default is 10,000/day (~6 videos per day per project). Part of the "chaos and not loading" may be due to hitting the limit, not a bug. If so, we will set up quota distribution/request for increase.
Approach: first, an audit of your code → we find the root causes → fix plan → corrections directly on your Time4VPS. We do not rewrite from scratch, but stabilize the logic.
