Task for interior visualization of a residential house
First stage
2-3 rooms and a bathroom, see attached photos.
Goal:
Create a simple visualization of the interior of a house divided into two parts for rental.
The visualization should reflect the overall idea and style of the space without photorealism and complex rendering.
Requirements:
1. Style selection:
The visualization should be done in the specified style (for example, Japandi or Loft).
If necessary, style examples will be provided in the form of reference photos.
2. Main materials:
• Floors: microcement.
• Walls: microcement.
• Ceiling: smooth, white.
3. Input data:
• Photos of the rooms taken with a phone will be provided.
• Drawings or dimensions of all rooms will also be provided.
4. Visualization format:
Simple 3D visualization with texture overlays without complex lighting, shadows, and detailed rendering.
5. Mandatory elements:
• Minimal filling of the rooms (furniture and decor) to understand the layout and concept.
• Selection of furniture and decor elements should match the style.
6. Rooms:
The visualization should include:
• Main rooms (
• Bathrooms.
7. Additionally for bathrooms:
• Floor, walls, and plumbing should be designed in microcement.
• Simple placement of the sink and shower.
8. Deadlines:
The project should be completed within 1-2 days
9. Submission format:
• Files in a convenient format for sending and viewing.
• Optionally: the original project file ([specify the program, e.g., SketchUp, Blender, or another]).
10. Expected result:
• Convincing visualization of the concept reflecting the style and main materials.
• Clarity for understanding the idea and functionality of the space.
