Внешняя компонента 1С для ТСД Зебра

То есть внешняя компонента получает сообщения/оповещения от ТСД о том что был отсканирован код и передает штатными средствами платформы 1С сообщение тем формам которые заинтересованы в факте сканирования штрихкода.

Зачем тогда ТСД? Используйте сканер штрихкода стандартный. Обычно ТСД затем и покупают, чтобы работать отдельно от 1С, а затем обмениваться по свободе.
