Make changes to the existing online game interface: from the login form to the start of the game.

Regarding the initial idea that we saw as developers, time has passed, and dozens of games with real users have emerged. It was found that users do not understand what role they are performing (whether they are creating the game themselves or joining an already created game). As a result, they get confused in the existing interface and leave it. Below, we describe how we changed the interface, what we came to, and a real thoughtful comment from the customer. Important! The project's audience consists of older people who often do not understand the basics of using a browser or a PC in general.

Stage 1 (focused on other developers)

Those who want to join choose a game from the list and click enter to join. Those who want to create a game click create and create.

Stage 2 (after going through several dozen games)

We received feedback that there are too many games in the list and it is unclear how to share with another user so they can join. Also, from the practice of collective games, most join, while a minority create. Therefore, we placed the list of created games at the top so that users join first and then create. We also added a "Share List" button so that those who create can provide a link to the list to those who are joining.

There is an idea that after the login form (once logged in), we should ask about the person's role: whether they play alone or with a team. If alone - immediately redirect to the game creation form. If in a team - then clarify: whether they are the organizer or a participant. If the organizer - as in the first version, immediately to the creation form. If a participant - then to the list of games that will appear as the organizer creates them.

This idea needs to be either implemented immediately - drawn within the current design (mockups in Figma exist). Or adjusted, agreed upon, and then implemented.

We work on a time and material basis; if there are deviations from the budget of ±10-15%, we can cover it calmly. Therefore, I expect not only an estimated project budget but also a comment with a convenient time rate for you. (Price for 1 hour of work)

P.S. There is also a batch of other edits that have come from understanding the feedback of direct users of the game. There is also a similar business game, the interface of which needs to be developed from scratch. Therefore, I am aiming for long-term cooperation.
