We have been renting a dedicated server for about a year, but recently we encountered a problem: we cannot connect to the server via RDP. Technical support was unable to resolve this issue on their own, however, they are ready to provide tools for backing up data. After creating a backup, it will be necessary to reset the server to factory settings and manually restore all important files.
Task:
1. Create a backup of all data on the server.
2. Reset the server to factory settings.
3. Restore all data and files after the reset.
4. Set up remote access via RDP.
### Additional Information:
- The server is on the Aeza.net platform.
- Technical support provides the necessary tools and instructions:
1. Boot the system into "rescue" mode
2. Bring up the network (internet)
3. Mount our file system (NTFS)
4. Use SFTP to upload files.
Experience in solving similar problems and understanding the specifics of working with dedicated servers is mandatory.

RDP скорее всего отвалилась, по причине отсутствия лицензии для Terminal-сервера (он только 60 дней бесплатно работает)
Так что, думаю, убивать сервер, снова его сетапить, чтобы через 60 дней опять столкнутся с этой же проблемой, нету смысла
А вот сделать бэкапы это здравая мысля
