любой, у меня и WARP и Proton и еще пару штук стоит. Включенеи любого впн выбивает вай фай, при чем проблема плавающая, так и не смог установить зависимость. Вот сейчас у болячки обострение: ни перезагрузка машины, ни отключение в панели задач всех ВПН, ничего не помогает

Перезагрузка Вам не поможет.
Поскольку Вы используете слишком много VPN клиентов, надо разобраться:
1. С протоколами туннелей. Какой протокол установлен в клиенте VPN и какой протокол может пропустить Ваш роутер?
2. С настройками WiFi в клиентах VPN.
3. Настроить в каждом туннеле DNS клиента.
Возможно есть ещё конфликт клиентов за интерфейс, но это уже надо смотреть на Вашем компьютере.

Поставьте принудительно в настройках вашей сети днс сервер 8.8.8.8 и вторым 1.1.1.1 и скажите как работает.
