We can start with a short technical phase - an audit or initial design for the implementation of Alpha-Auto for the motorcycle business. A complete rollout from scratch for 700 UAH, in my opinion, will not be realistic - this is more of a budget for minor consultation rather than for an accounting system.
Regarding Alpha-Auto, we will demonstrate relevant experience in 1C and management accounting, but before providing an accurate assessment, we need to see the basic situation.

To start, we need a description of the current process, the version of the 1C platform, information about the configuration, a list of pain points, and examples of required reports. After that, we will provide a firm assessment of the stages and will not be guessing on coffee grounds, as they, unfortunately, do not integrate well with 1C.
