VtigerCRM ( SalesPlatform 7.1 ) доработка всплывающего окна при звонке
Имеется система на базе Centos7 + asterisk13 + vtigercrm7.1 + connector 1.4.2.
Сервер asterisk, на котором крутится CRM Vtiger и все сотрудники подключаются по Openvpn к другому серверу,у которого выделенный белый айпи и все находятся якобы в одной локалке.
Телефония работает прекрасно, а вот всплывающее окно с информацией о звонящем иногда не всплывает до поднятия трубки,а это очень нужно. А если всплывает то на некоторое время 1-3 секунды.
Необходимо добиться чтоб окно всплывало на 100%.
