Добрый день, рекомендую увеличить бюджет в случаи Ваш проект заблокируют, Вывод сайта в зеленую хочу это целый комплекс работ, тем более магазин, Цена от 3000 грн, в зависимости от сайта.

Насчет 3к грн я бы поспорил, но в остальном все правильно сказано: вывод сайта в зеленую зону - комплекс работ. Если Вы уверены, что у Вас этих работ мало, надо бы сразу прикреплять ссылку на сайт либо на результаты прогона в pagespeed. А то может у Вас у сайта индекс 32%, а Вы решаете за специалиста, много ему там работы или нет : )
