мне нужно создать web application. на сайте будет регистрация усеров, multilang., разные виды профилей. усер делает регистрацию, в настройках профиля пишет цифри из шкрих кода. потом показывает штрих код, сканируют его и через api принимаются данние в базу. нагрузка на базу будет огромная. потом только сортировка в папки, статистика, експорт,
у меня есть дизайн, и часть верстки в bootstrap

Сканирование штрих-кода выполняется на другой стороне, т.е. в самом приложении мы вводим с клавиатуры штрих-код, дальше где-то на стороннем сервисе сканируют штрих-код и отправляют запрос к разрабатываемому приложению? Таким образом за исполнителем остается разработка функционала по регистрации/авторизации, вводу с клавиатуры штрих-кода и сервера API, который будет обрабатывать запросы от сканирующего устройства (сервиса)?
