We need a new homepage for our two software products that are currently handled under two separate sites:
https://www.zlick.it - focusing on corporate publishers (big digital newspapers)
https://www.zlickpaywall.com - a quick landing page for our quite recently launched new paywall product that is focusing on smaller publishers (bloggers, smaller newspapers, podcasters, etc)
The new product is a paywall for content creators to monetize their premium content. Here are some examples of the paywall in action by some of our customers:

The goal is to unify the two products into one site. The main goal of the site is to introduce the new paywall product and direct the visitors into signing up. The corporate part from zlick.it should remain as subpages on the site.
We need a fully functional site from you, including wireframing, final design, and implementation.
