Надо подготовить готовый WebView проект к публикации в магазине AppStore (webviewgold /несколько версий/ или ваши варианты). Для работы с xcode могу предоставить удаленный рабочий стол (если собственного железа нет).
Нужна адекватная обработка таких тегов как "tel:", "mailto:" и т.п.
