Your task:
Write a program at the start of which the user is initially asked to select the number of factors (from 1 to 4) and the number of experiments (from 1 to 8), after which an empty table appears where rows = number of experiments, columns = number of factors. The user fills it in manually (values -1 or +1 are entered). After the user entered the data and clicked the "Optimize" button, the program using the ant colony algorithm should perform optimization (example Table 3) and return the result.
